Hi Andy,

When we spoke last fall you assured me that a new Canariis Duplex Pump system would be significantly quieter than our existing older pumps. You were so confident you didn't hesitate in giving us two locations on the beach where our resident Director, Elmer Turner, could inspect and listen to existing installations your team had done. Now that the pumps have been in and running for several weeks, I can tell you.....CONGRATULATIONS! You were right.

These pumps are amazingly quiet in comparison to what we'd been putting up with before and the installation looks great. The smaller equipment size makes the room appear larger. I was out of town the day your team did the work, but Elmer reported it was like watching a well rehearsed show with everyone seeming to know what to do and when. In my previous employment we tried to "Underpromise...Overperform" and your team did that. You showed up on time, did what you said you'd do, cleaned up after yourself (rare these days), and were finished earlier than advertised. Good Job!

Looking forward, the system is new now but won't last forever. So for budgeting purposes, presuming periodic maintenance as needed, how long do you think we should expect this system to perform before needing to be replaced?
